Mesotherapy is a technique invented in 1952 by Dr. Micheal Pistor to deliver medications just below the skin surface. Mesotherapy is injected only where it is needed. Over the past 50 years, more than 15,000 physicians world-wide have used Mesotherapy.

In 1987, the French Academy of Medicine recognized Mesotherapy as an inherent part of traditional medicine. The International Society of Mesotherapy encompasses 14 countries throughout Europe and South America. Today, Mesotherapy is used all over the world, including the USA, as a safe and effective alternative to surgery in the practice of Cosmetic & Aesthetic Medicine.

Mesotherapy is the practice of using microinjections of conventional or homeopathic medication and/or vitamins into the mesoderm or middle layer of skin to deliver healing or corrective treatment to a specific area of the body. Mesotherapy has been touted as the latest breakthrough in aesthetic medicine for fat reduction, body sculpting, cellulite reduction and skin rejuvenation.
